Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks

Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via recruitment tracker)

Senior Frontend Developer

Develop new user-facing features

Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Create responsive applications for use across platforms

Good understanding of ReactJS, NextJS; hands on with UI libraries like Material UI
Senior UI/UX Designer
-
Planning and delivering UI/UX designs while working closely with cross-functional teams
-
Own end-to-end UX process based on existing product vision and business requirements
-
Creating information architectures, task flows, user interaction models, wireframe, screen flows, prototypes, detailed designs, design briefs, design specifications, and guidelines with little direction

Create and communicate end-to-end scenarios, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and specs to stakeholders

Help lead improvements to process and relationships beyond scope of individual work with a track record of influencing the product direction

Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environment
